Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hub, ensuring smooth functioning and timely dispatch of shipments.
- Manage and coordinate with delivery executives, warehouse staff, and support teams.
- Monitor inventory, shipments, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Optimize hub performance by analyzing key logistics metrics and implementing improvements.
- Handle escalations, resolve operational challenges, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with partner companies like Flipkart, Amazon, Shadowfax, and Loadshare.
- Ensure workplace safety, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
✔️ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✔️ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Proficiency in logistics software and basic computer applications.
✔️ Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
