Comply with all applicable laws regarding logistics, shipping, and eCommerce.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

Use our platform for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
Interfere with our system’s security or attempt unauthorized access.
Use bots, scrapers, or automated methods to access our platform.
Ship prohibited, illegal, or dangerous items.

4. Orders, Shipping, and Delivery

4.1 Placing Orders

By placing an order, you agree to:

Provide accurate pickup and delivery details.
Ensure packages comply with our shipping policies.

4.2 Delivery Timelines

We strive to deliver orders on time; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by:

Weather, traffic, or natural disasters.
Government restrictions or strikes.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the user.

4.3 Failed Deliveries & Returns

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, we may:

Attempt redelivery at an additional cost.
Return the package to the sender (if applicable).

5. Payment & Charges

All fees, taxes, and charges are displayed before order confirmation.
Payments must be made via approved methods (UPI, credit/debit cards, COD, etc.).
Non-payment or chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be canceled before pickup. Once in transit, cancellations are not allowed.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Loss or damage due to incorrect shipping details provided by the user.
Delays beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, regulatory issues).
Loss of profits, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from service usage.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform (logos, text, graphics, etc.) is our intellectual property. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is prohibited.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse our services.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or legal proceedings in Assam, India.
